And people see WOW is just like Real life. What is the point given people early access then to denie them the chance to enjoy the early access… WOW isn’t real life so build more plots..

Plots and neighbourhoods are unlimited. More get generated automatically. There is no limit on what’s available.
You can get whatever plot you want and change to whichever plot you want (for a gold fee), whenever you want.
Just have to browse the House Finder for a bit. You access the House Finder by talking to the Steward in a neighbourhood or on the Housing Dashboard.

Yeh, there’s some early issues but it’s obviously going to get sorted out.
Finder is broken. When I open it game crash every time. I have to wait for new layer. At this moment I fight for same spot with at least 4 other people XD That’s a joke

In FFXIV where the house plots are limited. Getting your own house there is the “ultimate PvP and endgame”.

sorry but i disagree. you dont own Midnight? You never access the md features. Simple.
If they started with housing at MD launch would have been better but since is a new feature this could bring more ppl to buy it.

I wish LOTRO sent emails like that… easy enough to get another there if you lose it though since it’s set up similar to WoW’s. Pain setting it up again if you lose it though.
I did not care for housing in wildstar, Dc Universe, Black desert or SWTOR.
I won’t here either.

It’s the end of the afternoon, servers are going to be flooded with people looking to get their home. So there’s going to be issues. I’ve seen 3 updates already today, so they’re clearly working on solving them.
Housing is here to stay, you don’t need to do everything on day 1.
I tried it this morning and I had to spend over an hour trying to get the plot I wanted, one hour of spamming the housing area refresh thing… plus several hairs that will be white for the rest of my life.

The workaround is to leave the neighbourhood through the portal, then re-enter. It will drop you into another neighbourhood, and with any luck, your preferred spot will be free. If not, repeat. Not the best solution, but it worked for me at least.
Which would be fine if people hadn’t paid for early access.

Plots in neighbourhood are limited and they said that new neighbourhoods get made when there comes need, aka old ones are full. So ppl will look for those spots like rare spawn? How does this transform into everyone getting the plot they want?

Exactly, not going to secure spots now will mean it will become almost impossible to get what you want when the game actually launches
