So many hours after launch kazzak server is still impossible to login. Been in queue for more 3h now. So happy i cant play the game i paid for just like so many others. Hope you fix this soon Blizz or many subscriptions are gonna get canceled.

It’s second day of Shadow Lands and still cant play the game and my game time is dropping.
Other realms are playing but me and my friends can’t even log in to realm…

I just personally feel this is insane be waiting in the queue for over 4h to get dc’d is nuts. I understand everyone is trying to log in and blah blah blah but there are many other servers that are full and not crashing/going offline.
This is unacceptable from a company with 15+ years of experience in this subject.
Services should be scalable. For the love of god they make billions of dollars…

I’m also on Kazzak.
Logged in hours early for the expansion yesterday, got disconnected 3 hours before it came out, couldn’t log back in all evening. Gave up, thought I’d try again tonight instead (should be less crowded anyway).
Spent an hour in the queue just now, finally made it in, logged my main, went to go through Darion’s deathgate. Got stuck on the loading screen, got disconnected. When I reconnected, I was at the back of the queue again, which is now over 6,000 people and over an hour wait time (I’m sure it’ll be a lot longer than that in the end). How is this fair? How is this in any way acceptable?
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. You pay good money for this game on a monthly basis, you pay good money for an expansion, and you can’t even enjoy the content.

Again the same like yesterday and not even a blue post to apologise to the people of kazzak and draenor?Are you concider yourselfs a serious company?What are we paying for?Do something and make a statement…2nd time the world server down in less than an hour…!3-4 hours in que for nothing…you suck…We prepaid sl so we can be able to play at the release and it isnt happening even today…scammers…

Absolutely been awful so far. I logged in at 15:30 today and after 62 minutes, got on. Within a minute the server went down, and now I’ve been in the queue for nearly 3 more hours.
Also, why does the queue go backwards at times? I was 3205 in the queue, went for a walk with the dog, and came back to being number 3522 in the queue. Two days of game time gone to nothing and I’m pretty sure there’s no free extensions even though the fault is all theirs.
Please blizzard, give out transfers so some of us can move to a lower pop realm…

The queue is too long i have been waiting for 5 hours and cant even play the game, nice job blizzard i like that i buy a game but i i cant play it without having these long queues, im starting to get really dissapointed

Same here, this is completely unacceptable, either sort it so we can login and play or allow free transfers to some realms that aren’t completely dead rubber (like last time when we got offered a free to Auchindoun).
Even if you wait a few hours in the queue, you can get disconnect after a few minutes and be for nothing. No guarantee you can play after the queue is the bs thing ever.
I find it really disrespectful that no one from blizzard is even updating us

Same here. Couldn’t play yesterday and today I’ve waited for a few hours only to get a DC after loading. I have a job and planned everything to play on release. I prepaid like a year ago. Every expansion it happens… disappointing.
Blizzard just doesn’t care anymore. Still trying to log in since last night , just came home after work and the same story. It’s surreal!
and here i thought i’ll try to login at midnight ! it will be easy login …
