Honestly, I don’t know what to say.
Terrible waiting times on Kazzak. It’s literally impossible to play the game after 4PM. Both yesterday and today the queue is about 4k people, but the waiting time for that is about 5-6 hours. Very disappointed.
Been trying to get in and online last 2 days, was queueing at 6pm uk time yesterday until 9.30, gave up, trying the same now since 6pm and in position 3491 with estimated time of 181mins.
Im on kazzak, as a casual player nowadays, ive remember these kind of issues dating back to wotlk.
Its borderline criminal that you still havent solved server capacity in all this time especially at releases. The fact thats going back what 10 years you still are so lazy that you cant pull your finger out of your backside.
Starting to not want to play this game think its time this 13 year wow player vet its time to call it time.

I have just submited the refund due to unplayable situation of realms. It’s 4th day of expension which I bought 6 months ago and didn’t even taste it yet cuse of queue times…

More than 2 hours waiting queue… every day there is a problem with playing on Kazzak… Blizzard, this is ridiculous. Very unhappy customer.

I wrote a Web ticket about waiting for a queue…and they told me that the problem with the server was solved, but unfortunately the server is full and not everyone can play … hahahaha

Smh blizzard they said that they had fixed the issue yesterday but no they did not. There is still a very long queue and i want to play with my brother so we can actually level and get somewhere but the queue is insane, because of that i can hardly play anything.
