I don’t have the small key bag in the left corner of my bags, I might remember wrong I started in tbc not Classic, but I don’t have it? is this an issue for me only, or perhaps I remember wrong I don’t know, anyone know?
Do you mean a keyring? Where you store the keys? If you’re using any kind of Inventory Addon, check the dropdown menus of the inventory, there should be a “keyring”
You don’t actually get a keyring until you get a key. Only then does it appear.
Also, it looks very small at first, but grows to fit the need as you get more keys.
EDIT: Apparently, it’s not implemented yet, as the posts below say. I somehow missed that part somewhere, oops! 
I can confirm i have the Scarlet Key and i don’t have Keyring either.
I think this becomes available in one of the next patches/phases.
Keyring will be added in phase 2.
Actually it will be part of the first patch. So it should be out way before phase 2.
As a rogue i don’t even need 90% of keys lol. I just deleted bunch of them.
