Would be great if they did, but I think it’ll more likely just be “We changing the code so it doesn’t work anymore” with potential warning if people find a way around it, that it’ll then be punishable
Its more likely yea, sadly.
Also low-key think -A LOT- of top m+ players (and guilds) have been using the macro or similar for a long time; to avoid several people interrupting the same mob, so if they were to punish people for it, it’d probably hit a lot in the top end of PvE. 
(And blizzard never does that)

i just need to know if i can use it or nott. then the gladiator / 2,4 issue wont be a problem at all.
a YESS its allowed. or a no its nott. then we all can compete at the same lvl actually. its going to make the game more funn. then the RSS wintrade group will have an issue iguess. i hope they investegate the wintrademafia aswell 
rly cool to see one guy getting into discussing everytime its related to soloshuffle changes. because when you can accept soloshuffle as a party its much easyer to join as a wintrade group. . we just need to address this issue and participate to the comunity as they do in the open source community. something might be legal but unethical. same as this. ethics is juist as important as the law. i hope they take everything in considerasation here.
people on usa forums related this macro are even posting that they think there shouldnt be something like jukeing
there is warrior mains example with opinions that no kick in game should be able to be used unless the person is casting something 
now i wouldnt be mentioning this unless these same people also had alot exp on the game… which i find extremely stupid takes from such individuals related jukeing and kicking and the age long gameplay on it
obviously anyone who is against jukeing is someone who doesnt cast anything so he isnt a healer nor a caster and saying they think jukeing shouldnt be a thing in first place is the stupidest and biased take ive seen people with exp say who should know better
Well sadly yea lol. Ive never used it and I hope blizz actually finally make a statement its not allowed so I dont have to use it to compete lol. I just hate having to use something thats braindead proof to compete with anything.
It will probably be canned, hopefully actioned on too.
If the likes of /target macros dont work on things likeM+ explosives or totems, then I don’t see how this won’t recieve the same treatment, its cringe and bot-like. Explains alot about why this patch feels so bad suddenly too to play a wizard.

So it is obviously a bug, that you can use it out of a script and therefore an exploit!
It does disrupt the game experience for other players if you are using it against them.

Im not rly saying you are, even if it could been worded better.
Its blizzards fault for not having said anything.
But if it doesnt work with focus/arena1 or w/e then it should been kinda the case of “dont use” in PvP since its purpose wasnt for it.
So I still say, personally, that its roughly 50% players fault for using it but also 50% blizzards fault for allowing it/not making a statement.
Just saying, but alot of exploiters/bug abusers do say “because its in the game its allowed” when they do it even when they themselves knows its bad practice.
Same kind of thing here for me, you know using that macro is bad for PvP but you still use it in hope its not something bad because blizz didnt make a statement/change of it.

It’s not a case of it being one fault or another. It’s both Blizzards’ fault and whoever uses it. If you log onto your character and you can suddenly 1 shot everybody with 1 button, are you going to keep using it? Or is it a blatantly obvious thing which you should not use whatsoever?

Like lillydot said here its exploiting so bannable according rules if were being strict, i wouldnt use it and like already said blizz announced they are going to look into this
And the people on na forum saying they want jukeing not being a thing or that kicks should only be enabled into casts well i hope they go play tetris or play any caster someday too before say something so stupid

Should they be permanently banned - probably not. Should they get a week long break from the game - absolutely. Just my opinion - it’s absolutely clear that is exploiting and against TOS.
Holding this opinion, then claiming you think only a 7 day ban is fitting, is very odd
entitled to that opinion
I’d say minimum 6months, IP tracked so can’t make new accounts and need VPN for it
