I bet those were people with go go go mentality and they didn’t like your speed of doing dungeons so they kicked you people nowadays have zero patience.

Ignore stops you being grouped for Dungeons.
It has worked like this for years without issue. If you are finding you are grouped in dungeons with someone on your ignore list then I suggest you file a bug report. You need to ignore the players character name.
While ignored, the player cannot whisper you, initiate duels, or send group invitations. You will not see their messages in public chat channels, and you will not be placed in a group with them via the Dungeon Finder system.

Seriously? Whats even the point of ignore then? I have only one person on ignore and it was a pug dps we had for a m+ that kept whining i didnt dispell them at last boss in siege (i did, when the cooldown was over, since 2 gets the debuff). Ignored them to make sure i wouldnt get them in my group in the future… but i guess that’s no point then.

99% of these " got kicked from group " qq posts can be avoided if people just communicate and ASK.
You are either really unlucky or I might just be really lucky. That seldom happens to me…even M+ pugs. Yes, people get frustrated and fling insults, but the lvl of toxicity you guys are describing…no.
That is true but the problem is how to get those people to communicate when either half of them do not know English and another half of them just have that go go I don’t care about anyone mentality.
I got kicked I recently as tank bcoz I took different short path than other dps and they pulled whole room by them. Healer was with me by the way.
My group healer got kicked bcoz some 450 geared mage decided he is not healing properly - other 3 idiots pressed yes dunno why?

That depends. For healers its sometimes very usefull. I do it always too in leveling dungeons whenever i Play healer.

I, as tank, do not like marks in my head, but i survive. Never in public commented it, nor kicked anyone.
Dumb kick is dumb, but really was it about the mark or argument that followed by?
And why do healers need marks on tanks ? When i heal my UI distinct tanks separately, so I always know which one of them is a tank.
I levelled as healer this TW on my KT druid.

You got an addon for that? I am interested so i do not have to use the marker anymore. Allthough it is also very usefull for the dps to know where to avoid cleaves and stuff. But lets first get this solved for myself 
Both my standard (tanks UI) and my heal ui have tanks/healers shown to me. My heal UI even sets them ‘top of list’ so I can play my whack-a-mole quickly on them (my druid healing is fully either mouse bind whack a mole, or mousover from keyboard; so can swap between modes depending environment and situation)
Since I know my tank UI is pretty much reskin of Blizzard UI, doesn’t vanilla UI have separate icons for party or anything ?
Cause for me it makes it easier to see if my tank is about to run out of los, that way i can start running after instead of noticing it after they have run around the corner or up the stairs. Its just so much stuff going on with maybe 8 mobs, a tank and 3 melee, azerite effects, orther aoe effects on the ground and so on. It just makes it a little bit better for me (but ofc if tank objects i will manage without the mark)

Ah, just me as tank generally looks 1st where healer is 
and when I LoS one of my guildies has very specific screetch. She is very nice lady, but when tanks LOS her she gets upset. has given me very good lesson to never roll too far.
How shown? It is for me not about the frames of course. Those are also sorting tank, healer, 3x dps (alfabethical).
It is more about groups having small elfes as tank AND as dps, not knowing which one the tank is and where he goes and how he points groups (we always have to be on the other side than the tank). And of course when the tank runs you have no idea it is the arms warrior charging out and in, or actually the tank kiting. That kind of stuff.

Not every tank is very observant of their healer, and on kiting weeks it can be a right nightmare to keep track on tank (for me, i understand others are better players), and i hate when i am suddenly our of range or out of los (happens fast since i always stay at range, i have no melee abilities like monk, pally or druid healers).

Za’qul or Fetid Devourer you need to mark the tanks so they can follow each other, to say the least. We do mark the tanks in our raids and also in mythics.

Only fix for you is to roll Alliance !
But also there’s addons that can show threat on top of players. But i do not show friendly player health bars (nope, not even as healer) I have my raid/party frame and heal frames (they are unfortunately separate because raid frame is kind of… euhm… maintained by myself since wotlk and my lua writing skill is not that show-off-worthy)
But also I asked the question … more not for myself, but other tanks as well, when they see this topic and might next time not kick people
