Kicked out of the dungeon for not skipping

so, to sum this up, i should drop it dead, never do plaguefall normal/heroic unless i find a premade group, because this is the wow community and the majority decides how I spend my 13 euros/month, right?

There are several dungeons that work this way where people go for completion xp or just fast runs. Plaguefall is specifically designed this way so you can get a mount. For M plus you have to kill all, there is no way round it, although I have skipped the boss to do trash then come back to it, but those affixes will soon be gone.

Your argument doesn’t work, you want to dictate to four other players who are also paying 13 euro a month that what you want is more important than any other player.

again, to sum it up, the majority decides how my payed gametime must be spent
thx for your answers

happened to me too. Was a tank as well.

As for blizzard? No. they don’t care. I recommend FF14. You won’t see any of that nonsense over there. And if by a miracle you do, quick response and quick ban.

I perfectly understand how this works, a game where we all pay money can be played singleplayer just as much but if you wish to access the multiplayer feature you comply for other payers to dictate how you are about to do it, and you can NEVER have a word about this, not even once

Again to sum it up your euros aren’t more important than other people’s euros. You don’t get to dictate to others how to play.

It can be frustrating when groups don’t want to do bosses or quest objectives that you have but it’s a group activity. I’ve often found if I have quests to do that people are willing to agree to do things but not always.

thank you, Alexima, many people recommend it and I will certainly give it a try

Yes when playing with others you have to tackle things as a group and play nice with others.

one last question, are you payed for those answers? by blizzard or anyone?
or are you just as much as those 4 who kicked me?
thx
Daryss out

It’s the same difference as telling somebody who is wrong, they are wrong and you telling people that everybody has the equal right to be wrong, just like you have the right of being right. You are enforcing toxicity as a RIGHT of a wow player, while it is wrong in every case. What else is also cool? Kicking people for watching wow cinematics if there is a boss to pull? Four thugs breaking your legs must be right taking your wallet because it’s 1 vs 4 and we all want money?

I’ve never kicked anyone from a dungeon unless they are afking or being toxic. I also go with the flow in dungeons. I ask are we skipping or killing and the group will reply. I then respect the answers, and we act accordingly.

I’m not a member of staff, they post in blue.

when i was leveling as a tank , i got kicked by my groups so many times because i skipped first boss in PF :frowning:

i’m the only one ? who got kicked bcs of skipping xd

Sorry but your argument is invalid when it comes to a content specifically designed with the idea of full clearing in mind.

Every dungeon and raid is designed with the purpose of people clearing all of it. Otherwise, they would have just removed the first 2 bosses of that dungeon and made skipping redundant anyways.

You only skip when you’re ALL willing to skip. Not majority. The content was designed for people to clear. So if some one joins a group finder and wants to clear, you all clear it together. Kicking them is just a toxic behavior with zero excuse.

If you have to compare a dungeon group with criminals then there is something very wrong with your comparison.

Group activity is not about right or wrong. It’s about respecting the group you are in, you can’t do that content solo, you have to play nicely with others. Being nice to others gets you a lot further than being toxic.

Sorry but I don’t agree. There are plenty of dungeon bosses that are skipped regularly throughout the expansions.

Every dungeon or raid is not designed the same. Some are created so that you have to kill ever single thing, others are not, and when it comes to levelling most care more about completion xp.

You always skip or kill based on what the majority want. Like I said numerous times, you can always ask. I’ve often found groups willing to go out of their way to let me do a quest objective that they’ve already comleted. Others are not.

Plaguefall is probably the most complained about dungeon in Shadowlands, in the earlier days people probably wanted to skip less and now it’s become the norm.

I do sympathise it’s one of those frustrating situations to be in, either way. I personally don’t get upset either way. If they want to kill, we kill, if the bulk want to skip we skip.

Except this is not a group activity that all 5 people voluntarily signed up for. I hope you can see the difference.

Freehold worked this way as well in BFA, I remember the complaints.
