What if you went to a club you all voluntarily signed up for? Because you didn’t sign up for being kicked and blocked for 30 minutes from doing a dungeon either, it’s a separate event. You are all defending toxicity which such passion it’s actually disgusting. Try asking a random non-wow player if kicking somebody for wanting to do a boss in a dungeon is normal.

This is a flaw of LFD/LFR, because you never know what type of group you wil get and what their goals are. What you could do is create a group and make sure you put in the title and description (Not Skipping Any Bosses or No Skips), this way people who join know up front that you want to complete the entire dungeon.
Another option is to try and find players in the forums and/or groups who simply want to do the dungeon for the achievement aspect of completing everything. Right now as we are at the very tail end of 9.0, people simply just want to level alts and push through content, no one wants to take the time to slow down and complete anything.
Yeah I have had similiar problems, only i got kicked because i complained about the fact that all other 4 people were speedrunning… but thats also my tip for you i noticed you do not get deserter bonus if you get kicked so just get kicked and join a normal dungeon with normal people
This is the problem with extreme examples that don’t fit.
A more fair comparison is that five of you are going to get a bite to eat, four want to go for a Chinese but one person wants to go for a sandwich. They all go for a sandwich because only that person’s opinion counts.
Do I really have to explain why 4 people beating another guy in real life is not the same as 4 players removing another player from a group in a video game?

Not spearing 20 seconds to kill a boss and kicking somebody giving them a 30 minute debuff is not comparable. More like they can have Chinese 20 seconds later but rather they make the 5th guy go hungry today. How does that sound? Not to mention they all waited 20 minutes to get into the restaurant.

Blame Blizzard. Even though they should have known from past experience what would happen… they still went through with their daft design.
I already disliked BFA dungeons up to a point I hardly played them, SL with the skipping and speedrun attitude in normal: I just stopped doing them altogether. Only thing that gets me in those dungeons is a campaign quest otherwise they can put their garbage design where the sun don’t shine. 
It takes more than 20 seconds.

So you expect 4 others to adapt to your whims and whises, but you’re refusing to adapt yourself? I say that kick was well deserved then.
In my opinion you’re being toxic. Punyelf is just trying to make you understand the basic rules of a democracy.
Now I do believe that Blizzard should design dungeons so you cannot skip the bosses. But you cannot blame other players for wanting to take advantage of legal shortcuts.

I am sorry to say, but you asked 4 others to kill the first boss without a skip, and they declined. This you did not accept, and thus they removed you from the group.
As bad as it sounds the system is working as intended. On occasion you do have to give in and just carry on with what the group decides on. I personally prefer to do every extra optional boss in a dungeon regardless of what spec I am in, but if others do not want to kill them then I will not drag them along kicking and screaming. It is a group activity, talk it through, and if after you state your reasons why you want to do the bosses they still do not want to to them, then your only real options are to either skip, or to leave the dungeon.
Having said that I do not know why didn’t Blizzard just add the requirement to kill all of the bosses on normal and heroic difficulty in Plaguefall. The secret that it was created for has to be done in mythic anyway.

No the fifth wouldn’t go hungry, that’s the whole point, the fifth would go with the majority and eat Chinese. Just like the majority do/do not want to kill the first two bosses in Plaguefall.

Not all topics end up an echo chamber, in fact we get more discussion when people have different opinions.

So the majority wanted to skip, but in your mind, being the tank granted you special privileges so only what you wanted mattered… well, you were clearly wrong

I just leave PF these days when i level an alt. It is not worth my time.
