It’s not actually. It’s a completely different can of worms. If you cannot comment on Mythic Raiding I don’t think we have anything more to say.
It is though. A +24 right now is relatively simple to do unless people really screw up.
More pressure on the individual to perform, yes, because there’s only 5 people instead of 20.

Yeah I seriously don’t believe that happened the way you are saying it happened. No min/max guild would bench their 2nd to 3rd DPS because of that, the people that get benched are the underperformers not the top. Either they benched you because you were failing mechanics or your lying.
I haven’t raided recently. Last time I even attempted it was in BFA.
And as I have already mentioned I used to to raid consistently in Cata and MoP at the highest difficulty.
Also, once again, it’s not the same, the very fact there is a timer attached to M+ stone changes everything. I won’t bother explaining further. Maybe in another thread, another day. M+ dungeons are irrelevant right now.
Heroic raids back then were easier than heroic raids are now, mythic is way harder than those heroic raids.
If you did raid you would have known it was SV/MM then BM last choice for hunters and not the way you said it.
Also going by your achives you killed nothing at herioc level until after they were current by a year.
BM was not a good spec until Legion so you know nothing about the game and specs and just here to troll.

To further this point, Mythic Garrosh is way easier than most normal bosses now.

I quite agree, and even if it did happen… if the guild had a requirement that you had to be bis race… well, that means he joined a guild and expected that guild to change the rules to fit him… quite toxic…

Generally yes but I don’t believe that happened either. I mean WF guild don’t even min/max the racials (aside from maybe the top 3 sometimes).

Once again, I don’t know why the armory shows what it shows nor do I care enough to do a research.
Also, the spec argument you are making is incorrect. BM was the first choice in MoP and Survival the first choice in Cata. Marksman was really bad dps-wise. I remember really well all the heated arguments I was having with the guild officers. They demanded I change to BM.
Officer: “Look these guides (usually from Icy Veins) BM does more damage with less buttons and effort, you can do even better, why aren’t you playing BM?”
Me: “Because I like the Marksman gameplay feel and fantasy, and I am consistently your 2nd or 3rd DPSer why you think I need to change something and not the last DPSer?”
Officer: “It’s easier to change a spec than expect the others to suddenly improve their skills”
Me: “There is no rush, they will improve in time”
Officer: “I don’t want to wipe on this boss all the time. We are a hardcore raiding guild”
Me: “It is actually more hardcore to keep wiping and having fun than rushing to get your loot”
Officer: “So you don’t care enough to smooth our run?”
Me: “I think I am performing quite well though”
Officer: “Not good enough, I want people who will do everything to progress as fast as possible. You are not one those, I am forced to bench you.”
Me: “Wut???”
Yeah but I really do not understand this mentality. The issue he has with Mythic is the level of min/maxing it requires and then making up those requirements himself to such a ridiculous level that even Echo and Limit would laugh at. Also imagine the recruitment for those guilds XD. “Sorry trial even though you outperformed 90% of our raid members you are the wrong spec and/or race so we will go with grey parse Jimmy over there, better luck next time” XD.

Sooo you were playing with people who had no clue what they were doing, how the game works or what the meta is (if it actually happened). Not really my definition of Mythic guild or a min/maxer but sure.
And purple cow are real.

They were following the meta that was the problem. Beastmaster hunter was doing way more DPS than Marksman during MoP.
Don’t make me unearth old guides and DPS rankings.
