I forced log out by alt+f4 previously. I guess, as you said, I am still appeared as logged in. I do not know how to solve it.

For all the people with the issue “character with that name already exists” you either can wait for servers to register that you logged out, or you can also try to log another char, log out, and log the first char you wanted.
This way servers may have to forcefully stop the first loggin attempt.

I cant log in for hour maybe more. i wanted switch my characters and loading screen freeze and then push me on login screen for reconnecting , then flush me again on same screen with error WOW51900319 , then when i tried again popup message Character with that name already exists , now when i tried it after hour , my loading screen full loaded ,hear sounds from background of the game but still loading screen with full bar for loading and nothing happening , i give there few hours before i try it again, this boring and wasting my time with no reason,this happends when Microsoft buy another company…xD

i was logged out from emerald dream zone while doing superbloom and since then i cannot login, forever loading bar, at the end i hear some sounds game usually makes when you login, but no go, it hangs and then logs out

you know whats the most hilarious in this situation? its one of the, if not the most expensive game to play without micro-transactions, but they wont give any compensation, when we cant play it because of their problems.
