Hi,
From some time now i have lag spikes in WoW (the latency jums from 30-40 too higher values) mostly noticible in raids or mythic +. I tested different client setting including no add-ons fresh install etc. I decided to contact my internet provider we did some test and its clear Im not loosing any packets within my provided environment. I provided this information to support via ticket the only solution provided was to enable or disable Optimize Network for Speed option which i already tested few times. When I provided them this information with full dxdiag msinfo WiNMTR data etc. they said and I qoute:
" Since you’ve exhausted the steps available through customer support, the next best course is to seek assistance from the broader community through forums, consult with a local tech expert, or contact your Internet Service Provider"
After that they asked me to contact Activision Support if I have problem with Call of Duty that i dont even play
From WiNMTR its clear that Im loosing packets 3% and 7% of packets during hops after reaching blizzardonline - so it seems like its within blizzard network already.
Can someone here help me as support via ticketing tool is useless and do not even read the tickets information just copy past information from some knowledge base and not even for proper game i have issue with.
Apparently i cannot copy my winmtr stats below as it`s not allowed.
Hi Support it is Blizzard network hop that is causing problem, it started yesterday all day, then morning today was fine but when more ppl coming it is happening again,
traceroute show blizzard network hop

Seems like the most packets 3% and 7% its lost between pr01,eqfr5,blizzardonline,net and et-0-0-1-pe02-eqam3,as57976,net so seems like already in blizzard network.
Its been happening for MONTHS to some people and its not been fixed and /or completely ignored as per usual the EU CS and EU blizz in general pretends that customers do not exist
That`s really terrible i remember some years ago support was pretty ok. Now CS tells me to go ask on the forums and nobody from blizz reads those forums.
