Hi i would like to ask if there is a list of legal addons bacause i want to use some without the fear of ban and i want to know if zygor addon is legal and allowed in game.

All addons that you drop into the interface folder in WoW folder are allowed.
Whenever an addon somehow manages to do something Blizzard does not want addons to be able to do they simply modify their API so the addon stops working.
You won’t get banned for any addons.
However I wouldn’t buy a guide like zygor simply to level in classic if I was you. Just use Questie, it’s free.

Zygor get round the selling addons ban by selling the data the addon uses not the actual addon itself.
It’s legal to smoke addons, but it’s illegal to sell addons.
