Throw a hamstring on them and they still catch up.
Throw an amplified curse of exhaustion and they’re still catching up…
When i fear them, they run a LOT faster. I don’t remember this element at all?

That part, at least, is true to vanilla.
The fear part I remember it was like that 99% sure. Blizz confirmed it btw.
Yesterday with my Mage I didn’t have issues kiting mob with Frostbolt.
