Leveling 1-60 , reduced XP needed by 30%?

1-20 normal
20-60 les xp per level needed about 15%
30-60 more xp per quest

It’s about 17.2% reduction of the xp needed from 1 to 60. The below wowwiki page has tables for pre 2.3 and post 2.3 values.

The levels I have checked matches current classic and prepatch atleast.
