Looking for either a Night Elf RP guild based in the Classic Era or people interested in joining and creating one!
If you are seeking a any at all guild that roleplays on the classic era that will be impossible on retail as the world has been changed by the cataclysm and it will be just painful to avoid it.
Your best bet would be to try Classic RP servers BUT barely or no guilds for RP exist in Classic WoW due to how painful it is to do RP without all the tools that retail has.

Night elf guilds do exist, but presently we are a little bit far and few in-between. As for classic age guilds with that theme, I cannot say I know of any. The world keeps changing and most seems to try to roll with those changes so to make interaction a little easier.
I saw some nice guilds on the forums that are popping up, and I really hope they take off. Other than that, we are looking to host a community wide few weeks of Kaldorei-aligned and open for all RP! Hopefully, this can bring some kindling to the community and Night elf/Kalimdor RP in general. You are super welcome to take part ^^ 
Hydraxian Waterlords, a Classic Server, was going to be a bust until Blizzard decided to keep it, I’ve heard people went back to it for RP. If it’s still the case, they host an event in Darnassus near the saber trainers, every Sunday at 8pm server time.
