LFR itself is very easy to do, but hard part is to make all randoms work together, if pug can’t work together then LFR can become Mythic mode
So find a guild. It’s an MMORPG.
I’ll give you that one.
It’s normal. It takes 10 minutes of reading tactics at worst.
Bro normal and LFR are almost the same difficulty…
I do. Everyone else I know does. Most people I encounter inside of LFR do.
A video of 1 boss is already 10 minutes. Now make that 12 bosses. Preparing for 1 boss with writing everything down takes forever.
I do have a guild. A social one that does more or less M+. Where i got my pretty active M+ group too. I am not interested in leaving this guild.
And if YOU afk in LFR than YOU are the problem. But in my LFR’s nobody afk’s. Dont make stories.
There’s this thing called the adventure journal that was custom-made for people like you.
I suggest that you open it and read it.
That’s fair, but that’s also a choice you make and you’ll have to live with the consequences of that choice.
I am what problem? People are there for free loot while they watch Netflix on their other screen, pressing a button here and there to feign participation.
The bosses still die anyway. win-win.
Either way – If you don’t put in the effort for real raiding then you don’t deserve the rewards either.
Rewarding lazy players is the main thing that LFR ends up doing and the community is worse off for it.
Just did Wrathion. 3 deads on 2nd flames. Lowest dps 11k. No afkers at all.
With the joirnal you know no sh it about the fights. Yes i read them.
Lmao, he might as well have been afk.
Give him some slack. he is 417. And wrath has some off time for dps too.
Tough love.
I actually wish we had some sort of solo story mode for raids. That’d be really cool!
If they replaced LFR with that, and only gave 1 guaranteed item at the end of the raid from a pre-selected pool of loot then… yeah, fine.
Right now though It’s just such a delusional take to call LFR “raiding”.
You just dont like it people are actually playing LFR, and you come there elitst afk’ing annoying the raid. You are creating the LFR problems.
I don’t like welfare systems, which is why I prefer the aforementioned story-mode instead.
LFR as a system in itself is flawed.
Man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do to gear his alts while his buddies are at work and can’t give him free +10 keys.
Edit: Jokes aside, I usually do participate in the first 2 tries, but if people still wipe on the boss a third time then I’m just gonna semi-afk run it until we either disband or down the boss. I just lose interest at that point.
Mainly because I can’t control who joins the raid. There’s no guarantee if people learn after a wipe or not.
It isn’t a welfare system. People play for their 430 loot.
I mean apparently not.
Apparently they do.
We can argue that all night so like I always say in these situations… let’s just agree to disagree.
You play for it, many others just afk through it.
How come that happens all the time to you, and in all mine it never happens? there must be a common factor in the groups
Tbh that’s just me speculating because I refuse to believe that when we wipe in LFR, that so many people are really just thát bad so instead, they must just have been afk.
All I know for a fact is that I sometimes AFK it as do most of my friends.
Something DOES need to be done about getting into LFR. I got in after 5 and a half hours the other night. Tried again after reset, gave up after 3 hours. It’s embarrassing.
It was for a mog I badly want and will never get until next expansion sadly
So do the older raid tiers magically have the ilvl of the gear that is dropped from them raised too? If not why should LFR be any different?
