LFR Part 3 and 4

why would you post your humblebrag about whistlting through LFR part3/4 on a 235 char with bis conduits/legendaries?

235 isnt hard AT ALL to achieve by doing world content seen as Korthia gets you 233. BIS conduits are easy to get. Sure they might not be the max ilvl for them but BIS is easy with a few wq’s and callings.

Even someone who does solely world content will be at that ilvl and conduits in not much time at all.

Humble bragging about characters that have only collected open world gear (lego aside). No, these are low level characters at this point in the patch.

They dont have BiS conduits, just 226 ones btw. That is something I’ll work on next.

Just so you can check these are the characters I am talking about

Please tell me how you did that? Not trolling - genuinely would like to know.

Theyre mostly upgraded Korthia gear. Specific slots are now targetable (via vendor armourments) and you can gather a decent amount of research daily now they removed the ‘1 day’ loot cap on things in Korthia.

just get ilvl 230 Kortia gear with min/max stats and gem slots …

Don’t you need R6 codex rep for that?

Yes. but the rep gain is no longer time gated so its reasonably quicker to get. Unsure if the unlocks are account wide too.

They are.

i was playing a alt yesterday made a group with 10 peoples ran around killing everything in Korthia with my fresh level 60

your characters do not need to go LFR sylvanas or kelthuyzad. they dont get gear upgrades. what a useless suggestion to suggest ‘‘just go korthia get 230gear lol haha ez sylvanas lfr’’

Domination socket gem is why I was there. Wanted a dps one for them. Which all three got so won’t go back again.

At no point did I say it was easy, not once. I merely reported to my surprise (due the horror stories on here) I did it three times, first time with three characters after not doing since I did it on my main the week it opened.

What are you on? Korthia is legit the easiest way to gear up to 230+ with not much work unless you have a guild that will carry you through m+ or raid and trade over stuff they dont need. Btw sylvanas LFR is easy, very much so.

u can do sylvanas lfr with ilvl 230 kortiha gear ?
still stacked mastery/Ver on all peaces for pure damage …

LFR drops 213 ilvl with last 2 being 220. If he cant do it with 230 gear its a skill issue not a gear issue imo.

The bridges are the most dangerous part of the fight!!!

(someone needs to interrupt her cast in the middle ‘bridge’ phase- 4 times I think or its a wipe but by now there will be someone who knows what and where)

Do Korthia once of this new character (this is the hard bit as you will be very undergeared- try to tag items others are killing) rares often drop items, get the chests and you’ll get one item in the weekly.

Kill both World bosses (especially the 9.1 one and see if you get lucky)

Send the new toon the tokens you have collected from Korthia that drop pretty readily now on your established level 60 characters.

Open them, if you are luckly that is it, if not you can supplement them with specific toekns one purchased with Stydga (sp?).

You can buy one 230 item (I usually get neck as it is not part of the catch up for some reason) then if you want buy a 210 or 225 leggo item. (depends on server, armour type and if you have a viable recipe to use) - soul ash can be sent from established characters.

Done. Yes it takes a little bit of work but if you have been playing the game in 9.1.5 then you’ll be able to gear a couple of toons like this.

Thanks for sharing all suggestions but no amount of catch up gear will convince me to set my foot in Korthia again - I can’t stomach this zone and I already tried few times.

Curious, what do you find wrong with it? It is easier to navigate than Nazjatar for example. The rares (mainly) spawn quickly and the tokens etc have been buffed in 9.1.5. For me it is massively better zone than the 8.3 ones, only Mechagon is a better (added) hub zone in recent times imvho.
