Lieutenant's Insignia don't drop if you miss it once ?

Quest: Hidden Enemies.

Hey i kill like over 200 mobs and can’t get lieutenant’s Insignia, i think yesterday i need to miss it from some mob. Cause other ppl get it like max after 20-50.

I think it may be a Bug.

In this moment i going to try abandon quest and try it again - may it helps

SOLUTION: ABANDON QUEST and TAKE IT AGAIN after 2 min

I don’t think it’s bugged anyhow. The chance is just very low so the number of attempts is volatile.

All 3 of us got it within 5 minutes after 30 minutes of no luck, but it’s not a bug, it’s RNG.

Took me about 45mins, just luck of the draw, unfortunately.
