This guy is right, they don’t read these forums, maybe Kaivax does, but he has nothing to do with this mess.
They are boasting about their magnificent success of a launch on twitter, so go there and ask them if they consider locking down the realm for people with jobs, making them unable to play with friends and guild, a success. I hope people are vocal today about this mess. They reap what they sow.

Just play alone on an empty server, maybe blizzard allows you to transfer to Living Flame in Phase 3 for just 25 bucks

Some of my friends can’t join us because of the lock. There are other way to balance a server. Or cross-server play could have been used, it is supposed to be a new version of classic. Now our group is split apart because of this. I’m so disappointed

woah i been checking some tweets of wow devs and its so cringe who they boast about faction balance when there are servers where you cant even create a character xDDD its so cringe 
they added a faction lock system on the first place that blocks you to create characters on the big faction, whats the point of locking servers then???
Faction-balance system is so precise too. There’s 1502 alliance and 1497 horde (examples) and there you go, locked for alliance
Honestly blizzard is straight up robbing people. Imagine going to a restaurant with ur friends and want to eat pizza. Thats the only thing u want to eat. But its a special restaurant so u cant look inside. U have to pay 15$ before u even can enter the restaurant. When u have paid the fee to enter, the doors open and its a 4 hours long queue. U think to urself sure why not let me wait i have already paid the fee to eat here. After 4 hours of waiting u finally get to the register to order ur food. Half of ur friends gets pizza, the other half gets to eat but sadly they cant have pizza cus there too many people eating pizza. So they have to eat pasta but they also have to sit at another table. Ur thinking sure why not ive waited 4 hours if i cant get pizza let me eat some pasta. Atleast its with some of my friends. But when its ur turn to order. The person in the register tells u NOPE. U cant have pizza or pasta, matter of fact u cant even eat in here. So they tell u to go to another restaurant and eat by urself and u cant get ur money back sorry . Thats how the SoD experience have been for me.
Crusader Strike is an RP-PvP Server. So it is not there for you to evade the queue but to roleplay as your character dort.
You know what gets me the most? Blizzard actually think they did a great job with this launch. Reading twitter of this “Senior Game Producer” of blizzard Tom Ellis and I just cant. For those of you guys who missed his magnificent posts, I will attach the link and the copypaste of the posts:
