The solution is to let people transfer off of one server to another. Seems pretty easy to me.

This happens every single launch of a game version.
Everyone tries to cramp the same 1 server.
You’ll have to wait a month or 2 for locks to disappear, Like what happent with gehennas etc on wotlk launch.
Maybe Discovery will open faster tho, who knows
This is grim.
So what do we do now ? i have friends who failed the launch and now we can’t play together, when will it be unlocked ? should we moove to Chaos bolt ?

Yeah there is no queue anymore and yet servers are still locked … but for how many time that’s the question, we really need to know when they’ll unlock it, if it’s unlocked tomorrow i can stay on Living flame and wait for my friends to join but if it’s for weeks …

Yea indeed its so silly, I made a toon on Chaos Bolt yesterday and played a bit by myself. Proper deflated due to this…

Yeah I think we need an ETA on this, they locked the server then 10 hours later my friend managed to make a alliance on living flame some how even after the lock dispite that being his first toon

Que is gone cuz of 12-14 layer-systems atm. Fyi
Every layer contains a summary of 2000-3000 player.
But que hast nothing to do with char lock.
We need a solution asap.
Current situation is no solution. Not for now, not for tomorrow and not for the future of sod, this realm and the communities out there.

People really miss the point of these locks.
They are there to make sure you pick another server and not the locked one, To make sure the others gets filled as well.
Waiting for unlock just goes against the entire point.
well maybe some of us want to play with friends who are already on these servers

and this is why servers are just stupid in general.
Why not do like Black desert, No servers just a lot a lot a lot of channels and there you can choose which channel to be in.
