My daughter said she was playing such a cool game. I asked her to show me to share in the enthusiasm. Next thing I know I’m staring into a watery abyss with my brain going NOOO eeeeeee away away away run! Scary game lol. She did click it away from then on when I’d enter her room

I also paid for the game, and i rather resources go for other things rather than using it to tippy-toe around individuals who knew what they signed for from the get-go.
There are phobia elements in the game since its classic beta version.
I really don’t get what your issue is, I saw something I didn’t like and it was annoying enough that I made a thread about it.

People are entitled to give feedback on things they don’t like. People are also entitled to disagree with that feedback. You two are just on a merry-go-round. Perhaps you should add it to the in-game suggestion feature instead… though I have no idea how they’d implement it.

I never said you shouldnt play.
And you can play it pretty comfortably since phobias are mild for the most part.
And infact exposure to phobias can be healthy for anyone with phobias, when done in a safe manner - as in gaming where you can just look away.

The core argument and what i got against you in general is your lack of accountability signing up for something you are against.
phobias are the fundamental concepts of the game- > old gods, silithid, dungeons, digging in the ground - thigh spaces, darkness. Horrific visions, etc.
its like me going to play Counter Strike and complaining about weapons triggering my phobia.

By all means- play it, what annoys me is your demand for a change for something fundamental thats in the game since day 1.

Since the fundamental concept of the game is pretty phobic- inducing:
Old gods, deep waters, heights, slimy creatures, many eyes,thight places, bumps and holes and patterns of bumps and holes, tentacles.
The entire concept of horrific vissions is phobias for example. ENTIRELY.
Also theres milions of phobias, I want the game industry to be uncensored and free to create, not limited by fearmongering and victimhood complexes from some random immature individuals who think mild phobias entitle them to be compared to major issues like depression (as you used depression in comparison to trypophobia)
