Log In Issue Because Subscription

So, clearly I have a subscription, but I can’t log into Wrath classic because it’s not picking up my active sub?

What gives? Pay for 30 days but get 29 because Blizz side is broken or something?

The most common cause of this is when you added a subscription to one account, and are trying to log in with another by mistake.

Make sure you are logging into the account you added the subscription to.

That’s not the case here because I’ve been playing Shadowlands all day because I haven’t been able to log into Wrath classic.

Well we’ve had a player here who could also play fine on Retail and later discovered he was attempting to play Classic on his 2nd account that had no gametime either.

So make doubly sure you’re attempting to log into the game license that has gametime on it.

Pretty sure I’m good; I managed to log on earlier today. Made my character and then had to jet off somewhere.
Haven’t been able to log on since.

Please help, I’m losing days on behalf of Blizz, been almost a week that I haven’t been able to log a support ticket anywhere, no phone, no chat, no nothing ! It’s the website that says we’ve encountered an error and we can’t submit your ticket. Please put a hold on my subscription until you can actually sort out my WOW51900319 disconnected problem. and help me log a ticket please!

Okay, I figured out what my problem was.

When selecting Wrath of the Lich King Classic I noticed the region was set to WoW1 (US). Make sure you’re connecting to the (EU) account.

Good to hear, enjoy the prepatch on the correct game license :3

See, it said WoW1 (US).
I saw WoW1 and didn’t bother checking the region.
So, when I tried today I happened to notice the (US) part and changed it to (EU).

I bought a subscription for wow for 1 month but it says that it is active in World of Warcraft®: Battle for Azeroth® but I want it for wotlk
I activated it for wotlk but now it says activated on battle for azeroth can you fix it

Free trial account cannot use this feature

@ Daafaf: There’s no seperate subscription for Classic, if you’ve bought a WoW subscription it comes with free access to the Classic realms.

Make sure you’re logging into the right game license and region in your battle.net dropdown box. E.g. If subbed to WoW1 BfA, that it also shows WoW 1 (EU) and not WoW 2 (US) or something else.

I only have wow1 in wotlk but in battle.net in google it says that battle for azeroth is only active and nothing else
