Hi, i have the same exact problem, exactly 1 day before shadowlands release i could play wow with low ping and without any issue with logging in or stuck in loading screen or transfer aborted problems etc. but after that moment Shadowlands released i can’t play the game without vpn, proxy, reduce lag softwares and others … this means that this problem made on new expansion release for a thousands of players in Iran and other Countries … that mean it can be fixed like beginning of 8.0 and 8.3 that we also couldn’t play wow that time and it got fixed after like couple of months …
i tried every thing like removing addons, resetting/repair/ reinstall game, changing my ISP (even that is not involved with this problem when i could play wow smoothly before SL)
This problem caused actually because of switching to “Amazon” server by blizzard and Because of IPv6 protocols and Sanctions from amazon to our countries …
this is not fair ! we pay for the game too and we have rights to play it like every other players in the world.
Please Help us !

I think it’s worth mentioning that we have no problem connecting to wow classic but only retail.
