Yes. On third and 4th try I used the orb just before the fight and started full.
Pop a flask and buff food and see. And watch his hands and tank on the edge.
Thank you for advices. I will give myself 1 more try before unsubscribing. Yesterday was on a brink of unsubbing, but maybe there is a hope. We will see. This patch literally drew my sanity irl. Thank you again.
You know you can do it in a group rather than solo too?
Oh dude. That means youāre not failing the fight, that means you dont have enough dps to do it. Swap to feral, it will be much faster.
Also, some people reported you can actually stealth through a lot of the guards. Try that to save time.
if you do this you will lose alot of mementos, you get them by actually killing the enemies and not skipping htem.
Where is the story? Seriously being told to kill this guy because he is bad isnāt a story where is the narrative where is the emotion 
its just bland, tasteless.

Dude the guy is about to unsub because he canāt kill thrall, i dont think getting as many mementos as possible is relevant here

He didnāt lose it because of the trash. He said he started full with insanity on Thrall with orbs. He just lost insanity because he got hit by slams and void.
its timed content designed for dps and thus typically, tanking is simply not good for it.
Invite others if you want to tank as the most useless spec in the game: guardian druid.
I know, but I have no guild and donāt want to let down pugs, especially when there are people wanting to do bonus objectives and I canāt even do main one. Please donāt think Iām a naysayer. Iām grateful for all of your advices and besides my incompetence in skill level Iām just depressed about this whole failing.
I did that. The fight with Thrall was the problem, but I got a few pieces of advice from player Nanccy here and will try once more after I get enough for the Vessel.
Imo the game should just scale towards doable for every spec.
I did it with 2 tank chars solo and not using the orbs.
just thrall? and not say, the entire right hand zone?
People actually said itās easier to do it solo rather than group for the first few ranks.
Unless the armoury is incorrect you donāt seem to be wearing the cloak. This would be a big problem.

We shouldnāt measure every spec, class and player experience with same rule set. For example my 452 monk (windwalker) is able to clear so much before even needing 1st sanity reset, where as 442 moonkin needed 1st reset half way where monk was with one go.
No need to belittle others, what is easy for one, is not for other.
What you need is to play safe. Remember you have time. Wait for CDs, drink potions if need be. For example I did not shy away from food (or even flask). You can get buffs from environment (i.e. blacksmith gives you 10% more damage done), there are some buff drinks, flame breath etc I got on one of my runs.
Just take your time - pull as much you can kill without feeling overwhelmed. I normally go left side. Pull shaman, focus on it (caster+annoying totem) , cleave/aoe on the others, then on lower geared character wait, heal up, pull globs. Then the 2 guards. If you must fill your HP prior pull. Focus on one, interrupt fear or use defensive when cannot kick. Once you have gear, you can cleave them same time. But lower gear, damage output wiser just focus one down quick.
Then keep mobile on thrall - move from shadow aoe on floor, and watch out his frontal slam- which stuns you.
Chin up. You are good enough for this, just perhaps lack self confidence or combat experience. Does not matter what others do, focus on self.
Only you know how much sanity you need for thrall. If you have some spare can kill extra mobs for extra archive upgrade tokens.
Let others do their thing and you go your own speed
