Considering how the Lawful Good anti-fun brigade and/or remnants of the Alliance Accord clamp down on everything on the Alliance that’s not a virtuous haven for do-gooders or a pirate guild you’ll have better luck on Horde.

I think you mean -evil- guilds. A guild with any alignment can have a darker theme.
