Retail char for classic forum, last year only posted in retail threads, guild inactive for 1 year on wlogs, or didn’t even play in tbc, you know… things add up.

Considering the xfer drama with the servers, being an “Active raider” on shazz as you presented urself, I would think one would voice his opinion in that thread.

You ran away from retail because getting achievement for doing hard content is actually hard and in TBCC getting the same achievement is much easier and you can go all cocky with your parses as them being “an achievement” xD Moonkin with jc necklace, stacked cooldowns (orc race for racial ofc 
), maxed gear and whole raid geared so fight is short enough to not let burst dps to fall off too much. Peak of skill. Challenge indeed. So hard.

There’s like legit 3 ppl total that complain there out of “all” of the 26 replies in 6 days. But why aren’t you spamming that thread if all your relatives are there?
I raid 3 days - wednesday 1st group, thursday 2nd group and monday for T4. Both groups do 10/10. I really DON’T WANT to spend eternity here until T6 is released. I’m either dual wielding for fun as prot war to make at least trash go faster or spamming Lightning Bolts and recasting totems for 4h. There is no more room to make those raids any more fun now. Making them shorter is great change for me. Accept already that not everyone is you.

I have never played retail as you know it, the retail I played was called vanilla, and my initial wow journey ended mid way tbc.
I have spoken only for myself, yet on the post announcing the nerfs you can only find someone supporting the nerfs every 20 posts. Clearly everyone wants the changes when the entire of 1 out of 20 replies supports it.
Only started due to classic release for the “good old days”, but this is a joke what they’re turning this into because of people that want the gear before logging.
i dont have an issue with trash changes, what I don’t want is for boss fights to lose the already low level of excitement that it provides and for mechanics to be removed out of fights for no reason at all.
If the nerfs comes with P3, I think i’d mind less even though the kara fights post-nerfs were a joke.
But for the content to be deemed “irrelevant” using nerfs without other content to replace it…i don’t want that.
Guys who watch 100’s of videos and know all the strategy to the entire expansion already and have addons and babystep instructions to doing it all:
“OMG How can they nerf this challenging content?! Do people want this loot for free?! MUH SKILL”
Raid composition is the biggest hurdle for people right now. And buff classes are in high demand, short supply. The same people who don’t want these nerfs are also stealing buff classes from more casual guilds then wondering why casual players aren’t able to beat content.
Most of the changes are HP reduction, which makes un-optimized compositions better. I would like to have seen these HP nerfs a month ago, then see how the completion % increases rather than lumping the HP and Mechanic nerfs into one patch.

I stated valid reason why I like nerf. Raids got boring already but they have to be done every week to gear chars for T6, logical, but still boring. That’s why I enjoy it - “chore” will be shorter. Your first reply was “you’re not even playing TBC classic, what you on about” - where clearly you can think out this is just forum char.
Now you have at least 2 mechanics overlaping while you have do dps midrun to meet dps check and you use more than 1 spell to do damage (retri pala for example has about 8-10).
Doing that is hard, if we cut other players from TBC raid replay and see only your character it would like standing most of the time in place.

Partially agree. For me, thrash health nerfed would be more than enough. Bosses could stay the same.
Depends bro. Nightbane skeletons nerf was good - that aura wasn’t skillful to play around, only excluded melee from this encounter early on.
But did you have anything else to do even before nerfs? Personally, if not leveling and gearing shaman I would have been typical raidlogger. I even lost my urge to do cooking/fishing/skyguard/ogrilla dailies, even jc daily cd. I rather play other games or go to gym/for a walk/to cinema.
Playing on the “almost dead noggenfogger server” where last week there were 800 chars logged out of which 5 were mine (1 with guild 10/10, 1 with a pug formed by alts of people that already paid to transfer 10/10 aswell, and other chars random kara pugs and since last week 2 more guilds transferred, for sure there’s nothing to do like leveling alts since there’s no groups to get xp/rep.
The only enjoyment I have are those 2x 2.5h raids doing ssc and tk. Already been raidlogging cuz there’s no population to play with on a server that had lower pop than others that received free xfers. So basically getting screwed 2 times by blizz with the xfers and the removal of enjoyment from the only activity that one can do on the server.
Ok, understandable. Dunno what to say mate. The only solution right now is to accept it and find other sources of joy until T6 release Witcher 2nd season is incoming!
Destiny 2 is “da way” :)) really fun and very EZ to get gear, even free sometimes, some of the people in here would love it. Guess Bungie learned something from all those years of activision influence.
Even easier than the tough pressure of playing 3h/week like this game of WOW and even having a chance of not getting any loot cuz of the “loot system”. You get 100% legendary loot just by logging in. Then you can log-out cuz you’re done with gearing for the week.
I killed both Vashj and Kael several times pre-nerf and I am overjoyed about the nerf. Our hc team gets to farm the whole tier in 2 hours and do ptr the remaining raid time. Our casual team gets to farm the place safely and not miss kael or vashj kill on a bad attendence / bad comp week like we did several times before. What’s not to like? I don’t get it. I mean I get it for the 3 guilds who tried hard, didn’t fall apart and are on the verge of killing it, but I’ve so far seen only ONE comment claiming that.
Even better if you could just pay the sub and not even logg in right? =) That would be the best, imagine reducing it that much!
Most people that want nerfs complain about not having time to play nearly enough cuz dadas and 3 kids and pets and wifes and stuff and you want them so you have more time for PTR to play for the same amount of time the same game, something doesn’t add up. You’re argument is the same as mine in big lines, nerf ssc/tk and play p3 bt/mh via PTR. Mine was to have the nerf wait until p3 release - nerf ssc/tk and more time for bt/mh cuz there’s no reason to cut the raid times for still “current content”. You should cut the time spent on “old” content when it gets replaced as “current” imo.
Wait… Isn’t PTR available during weekends? while the hc’s are raiding on wed and going 10/10 in 2h-2h30. so that wouldn’t affect the raiding schedule. Don’t tell me dad guilds do PTR nowadays =)))
No you don’t understand, I’m in the casual team, I am a dad with 3 wives, a kid and a lame chihuahua, I only raid 2x3hours per week, and on bad weeks, we missed either Kael or Vashj before. Now that won’t happen anymore. I only heard the hc team plans to do PTR in spare time, they already cleared 10/10 in one evening most weeks. I don’t much care about PTR myself, my only goal is to see Illidan die in p3, and KJ in p5. I need my Keal looties for that, not wipe on him 12 times because people can’t not stand in fire or walk away from big bad warrior. So I welcome the nerfs. To get my free looties from a raid I already beat “hard mode” (with mentally challenged people and several rogues in raid)
