Lost the Unsent Letter from Van Clyff

Guys, i realised today i have lost the quest item that drops from Edwin Van Clyff, the “Unsent Letter” and I dont know what to do or how to continue the quest. It doesnt show in item restoration(I assumd it may have gotten erased due to 24hour rule for common items) and support page recommends that I shoud drop quest items again but I have read it doesnt drop a second time.

I guess tickets for things like this is impossible but its very frustrating to try and understand what I should do, and not be able to ask someone official.

You mean you haven’t even gone to kill VanCleef again and see if it drops?
I’d start by searching your bank and bags thoroughly, see if you have the queat in your log, then go kill him again if you don’t find it, then fill out a ticket if it indeed doesn’t drop again (I highly doubt it won’t)
