I was thinking about getting into low level BGs, maybe even making a twink.
Which is the best DPS class at the low level brackets 19 and 29? I know some classes will get their iconic skills earlier than others so will be more powerful and needed some guidance. in picking. I’m not too fussed over ranged or melee I just want something that won’t get steamrollered and can fight back.
In 19/29 without a doubt Hunter is the best class. Most Classes don’t have much in the terms of gap closers at this point and in the 29 bracket you can do the Big Game Hunter quest chain at level 28 (with help from a level 60) to get yourself Master Hunter’s Rifle which has an ilevel of 43 and will help you pull off some massive crits with Aimed Shot.
Hunter is S tier in both brackets.
In the 19 bracket:
-Mages do not have blink
-Rogues do not have crippling poison or stun lock combo.
-Warriors have Hamstring and Charge but no intercept
-Shamans do not have Frost Shock
-Warlocks have fear but you can out range it (No death coil) also no succubus or Fel hunter
-Paladins have HoJ but have to be close to use it
-Druid don’t have travel form , feral charge or increased movement in cat form.

Just want to add 1 more thing.
You either go for 39 or 19 bracket.
If you are more casually go for 39, because 19 is full with super geared Bis twinks with level 60 enchants and stuff. You can still have fun tho but i think level 39 bracket is better. I am trying to make toon on classic again, solely to go wsg at 39, but am at level 9 for month+ now 
Maybe when/if tbc launches I will reach that 39 
how do i beat up people easy with no skill?

Looks like you already did that buddy when you matched Rogue with Undead. 
i would too go for 39 bracket and roll a hunter but personally i recommend you a paladin or warrior, paladin because someone really needs to wreck out the rogues and paladin twinks sounds cool and rare
