Dude, I cant believe you are still supporting them this way… I am seriously thinking you are related to them, as their answers simply are bull.
Pointing our direction, or apples direction is such crap. I own a software company myself and DTAP is there for a very good reason. I simply refuse to believe it was tested well before it was released. No way these issues of this magnitude could exist with proper testing.
I will post a ticket response from them as well i got today, totally done with this crap it has become. no support, no solid answers, no compensation, nothing.

Rolled my eyes on that one… played to much, for real, i cant play sh*t! (But some solo content if I am lucky and even that sucks)

As i’ve said before - There are NO problems what so ever when playing the PTR version of the game, and considering that the PTR has the exact same options of game play (not counting raids), then I don’t see why it can be a localized hardware issue. So please move your focus on solving this matter NOW, so that you can try and salvage what little respect you have from your paying customers.
