Macro Question - Tranquilizing Shot

I need a good macro for Tranq rotation with chat-shout/yells but don’t know if this one is good? Intended for raid using. The question is if I’m in raid with hunter fellows, will his name automatically be inserted < next hunter>?
Does anyone have a better one. I have been using TranqRotate addon till now but the guild changed.

/cast Tranquilizing Shot
/y Tranquilizing Shot used, < next hunter> is next!

How can his name be inserted? just talk with the other hunters and sort out an order.

Just use a weakaura that does that and also shows the tranq cooldowns visually in a raid.
