what is the best talent spec for ZF farming / boosting? is it worth going down the arcane tree?

I like frost/fire but honestly anything works as long as you take permafrost and skip frostbite
elemental precision not worth taking?
its worthless mobs are low lvl, you alrdy at 1% resist chance
Fire/frost once you get some decent gear, can be done with leveling gear… but baby do them trolls die fast with bis gear 
and lets be honest blizzard spam is boring af
