Prove me wrong, mail has always been the worst to transmog imo. I’ve never seen any descent sets from mail or made up ones…just an awful armour type to transmog

Agree. Apart from some sets for both hunters and shamans, most of mail armor is 
But! There are many interesting combos you can tmog from different sets and get at least something decent. That’s mail paradox

Didn’t think I’d find myself awake at 04:17 in the morning repeatedly saying shamone in a Michael Jackson kind of way but here we are 
Also yes, mail is horrible for transmog in general but does have some cool sets here and there.

Hunter sets are mostly horrible. There are some nice Shaman sets tho.

Could be more to choose from I agree and plate has always looked more cool, but I am very happy with my mail transmog looks really great ingame
Acctually disagree. Ill try to remember to post some of mine when i get to a PC.
I really like quiet a few of em. Altho - as usual, no full sets will do the trick 
They should just drop the tmog restrictions.
Like look at the modern cloth sets and tell me those aren’t filled to the brim with plate?

The mail armor depending on the case, ends up looking mode like bad plate/leather/cloth armor.
They should really loosen the armor type restrictions. Especially when there already as transmogs do not have armor class

Like I said in a different thread - there shouldnt be any limitations with transmogs. They can keep the whole ‘‘You can only save Plate as a Plate user etc’’ - But you can transmog with saved plate appearances as a Clothie (for example).
Your gears appearance changes with magic. It doesnt change armor type. So there’s no reason to not be able to change the APPEARANCE using MAGIC into a plate item.
It’d open up so many possibilities.

Yep that sounds like a great idea because even with the quite large amount of mail I have to transmog, most it looks terrible compared to the rest of the armour types. Would love an option like the idea you suggested

As a hunter, I’ve always wanted to use the Thunderlord set from the Garrison. Did I mention that the Thunderlord Clan is a clan of hunters? Yeah, the set is Leather. T_T

I cannot stress enough how important is for some of the remaining players to become able to get the best out of their collected transmogs.
This should be “easy money” for Blizzard

can agree even the Elite pvp sets are bad
Well duh, the elite PvP sets are recolors of the mythic raid sets, so they inherit their flaws as well
I mean, Blizzard gimps creativity by locking transmogs out.
There’s so much you could create if we could use whatever gear type for transmogging.

This is my hunter and for years I have not been able to find anything better to wear than what I mogged now.
I can’t! It’s a sad fact.
Thankfully we’re getting more and more armor type agnostic sets/pieces.
Mail has decent ones, but depends on which race you put them on.
So far on the Nightborne almost all sets look pog.
