I’m unable to transfer to another realm from Gehennas due to “Please clear the mail from this character’s mailbox”.
The issue is that I have no mail in any mailbox, on any character on Gehennas, at the moment. Yes, I’ve logged in very early this morning and checked.
The “Mail recovery” tool in support option shows that no sent, deleted or expired mail exists on this character.

I created a ticket, ID #86349414, yesterday, but haven’t got any reply to it yet (and probably won’t for at least a week).
I cannot spend 8-11 hours in queue only to play for 30 minutes before it’s time to log off. Some of us need to work and sleep.
Please assist as soon as possible.

I’ve sucessfully managed to transfer one of my other characters.
I should add that I’ve cleared deleted WTF-, Cache- and Interface- folders, while logged out of the game and restarted before trying to buy the character migration.
TLDR: No addons and cache is cleared but issue still remain.

You can. Make a US starter account (Retail only available), suffer through 10 levels Island expedition, log out and in again and post. I did for the RP realms. You can too.
