Hello. I am playing on Gehennas-EU a shaman named Pogolinos level 77. I am trying to move to Ashbringer but i have some mail that i cannot see. Please purge my mail so i can follow my guild to Ashbringer. I am the only one left behind. Not very semper fi :(((((((

what ? thats not helpful at all. I am in EU not US and i just need a character purge. NOT helpful whatsoever

Seeing as many EU players help themselves through this fast-track option, I beg to differ. There’s many examples in the US thread of players getting helped as soon as the US office hours starts and their post provides all required information the CSFR needs to help them.

But if you insist, you can choose option 2 and create a ticket waiting in a long line I guess.

It is solved as far as it can be in the EU - follow the instructions. It may take an hour but it’s better than waiting a week or so for a ticket to be answered.
