Why is Pyrewood Village still offline, no information and no realm to play on?

Earthshaker is offline as well but some are online I wonder what is happening.
Perhaps with the redundancies of EU staff, the nigh-watchman restarts the servers.
If something goes wrong he might have to submit a ticket?
I see no other solution guys, we need to transfer realms.
This is how Blizzard decided to get rid of dead realms. Shut down half the servers and hope the players on those reroll on the remaining servers.

Pyrewood is the highest population I think, my mograine characters are available. I’m just happy I decided to turn in all my pvp mark before the sever reset this time.
Pyrewood is full to the rafters - it´s just how Blizz´s doing business, as long as they can milk you for the monthly fee, they don´t really care

Let us KNOW what is going on. Even if you don’t yourselves. Communication is key, why is this so hard for you guys.

100%, at least let us know what is going on. We’re 5 hours behind schedule certainly someone must have noticed? You’d think.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they hadn’t noticed, they are down to bare bones staffing, and judging by faults/complaints, they hardly give a monkeys.
This is now the Blizzard norm, don’t inform the customers about anything, they don’t matter, just give them the money every month…get no customer service in return.
Bump. Blizzard, please check classic EU servers. Many went offline around 3:00 aparantly and not been online since.

I believe they haven’t got a department or even a single employee for classic stuff.

This wouldn’t happen on Private servers, and they don’t get paid, why are they so bloody awful with information and customer service?

Take your time, not like people intended to do things before 9 AM weekly reset or anything. Heck I wouldn’t be suprised if they don’t notice it till next week’s. A few servers are up, that’s good enough right?
