This is getting out of hand blizzard. I just spent over 50min in booty bay waiting for a buff to drop that never dropped. I am paying you monthly, so please allocate the ressources to put more power behind the servers. It’s not like the buff drops every week at the same times. You can even allocate these resources at the same time every week then allocate them to something else after. Please fix this!

Not sure what the HoH buff not dropping has to do with lag, the problem with it not dropping is their is no CD for it like for ony/rend/nef buffs so people just pop it whenever so unless their is someone on your server confirms they they are going to pop it at a set time then it is just down to pot luck you could be waiting for 5 min or 3 hours.
I can only guess, but if he plays on Nethergarde Keep then there is a waiting time due to server lag. When a buff is applied it takes something between 20 and 45 minutes before it is actually applied.
There are already topics up about this, but Blizzard is ignoring us completely. A firm “Yes, we are looking into the problem” would do.

Yes, NGK is experiencing lag unseen before despite a drop in population.
Never been layered (beyond the initial layers) and we’re seeing 40+ minute delay on head drops. The lag is so bad it effects surrounding zones, and beyond to the rest of the Eastern Kingdoms.

So this evening the time between head was handed in and buff landed was 48 minutes… I have spent over an hour collecting both ZG and Ony buff this evening. This sucks
Agreed the lag has been ongoing from around the 28th on NGK and is not getting better, in SW last night around 9.00pm (so no crowds waiting for a buff) there was a six second delay in getting stuff from the mail box, and similar when dealing with the vendor and auction house.
Pretty poor all round really and to get no acknowledgement of the issue is just bad service.
Its an indie company, what you think they got milions of players paying subs so they can fix that?? Nooo they are a small indie company
