Make 3 changes to the game

So you are saying that in order to get old raid transmogs, everyone needs to become raiders ?

Possibly spending hours wiping, to have a sense of achievement when getting an item you managed to win a roll on, and the raid lead was nice enough to let you keep it ?

I thought there was a time walking raid option for that.

Like me then !

Sure I will start raiding so I can get that nice dress to go with my hair flowers.

Hope everyone has a lot of patience, they are gonna need it… we will need loo breaks, tea breaks and arthritis friendly mechanics, all good here :+1:

Why is this a reply to me? xD

Do you need to be a raider in the transitional sense of committing weeknights and all that to clear normal modes?

No. Case closed.

My experience with normal mode pugs is your gonna get breaks whether you like them or not :joy: I wouldn’t worry.

Did you read the suggestion? There would be no LFR.
But… It’s moot anyway, because the suggestion was for legacy raids.
Not current raids.

For current content such a suggestion is a complete and utter no-no.
For legacy content; as long as there’s the OPTION to still do the legacy raids the old way, I don’t see any issue.

I don’t think it will ever happen though for the following reason:
People would only run the one legacy raid that’s easiest and quickest. Rest would be ignored (unless they’re on a rotation like timewalking is).

I didn’t write anything about LFR at all.

Sorry wrong reply link

I love that You post on form the Blue. Can you please make change for Marksmanship hunter, that they do not have to summon a pet to perform the primal rage spell, it is breaking the immersion of my Sniper character. Thanking

I know, but I was under the impression that you were talking about current raids.
As in: No more difficulties. Only normal raids, across the board.

So I jumped to the wrong conclusions because of that.
It’s been cleared up.

They might be ‘blue’, but I seriously doubt they’re a dev.
So they wouldn’t have any say in changes made whatsoever.

Also; requests like that are kind of bad form.
Imagine everyone spamming a ‘blue’ with those kinds of requests, day in, day out.

But yes; It’s good to see some blue posts again.

So legacy LFR transmog goes where ?

I cannot see the problem the Ishayo is trying to change.

There needs to be an option to solo old raids for transmog, with the time walking option for groups to get transmog at current ilevel.

Maybe time walking raids could available on demand, so groups can do them whenever they want ?

Legacy raids would still have all the options as they do now; all the various difficulties.

There would just be optional normal difficulty versions of all the raids that are scaled to current max level.

At least; that’s how I understood it. Correct me if I’m wrong Ishayo.

Yes and there would be. But instead of timewalking the raids would just be available.

Like I said earlier; I think the issue with that is:

Make achievment points a currency so achievements feel important again. I used to obsess getting everything done , because it mattered now no one cares , I don’t care about
achievements. Achievements feel like Archaeology , a lost /forgotten feature of wow.

Make gems baseline on gear again , give jewelcrafters something to do again. I loved my Jc all the way uptoo wod and it’s such a boring profession. Loved going out doing the daily , buying new recipes , obtaining them.

Bring back the Glyph tab , not for power gains but let us collect them like we can with tmog. So we can change glyph and customisation on the fly. Also bring in more income for inscriptors.

I feel like the only glyphs that matter are the druid one’s.

  1. Accountwide renown and everything else also accountwide. I wanna trade my aspect crests directly to my alts. Same with conquest, flightstones, and honor points. What I earned once is mine, and I wanna give this to any character I want. Also same with gear. Once I don’t need my gear, just let me send it to any character. Remove soulbound. Make everything blizzard-account-bound. Does this reduce replayability on alts? Tryhards will just play the game on every spec. Casuals won’t rly care about this. Nobody really loses here

  2. Rethinking of M+. Dungeons are cool. Hard content is fun. Rushing however is not that fun to me. Maybe a rework of the depletion system makes sense:

(-1) for an overtime so big that you wouldn’t get rating.

(+0) for slightly missing the timer.

(+1) for making the timer.

This reduces toxicity, frustration and “paranoia” in pugs to not make the timer.

Alternative fix to M+: Move on from M+. Bring something completely new. No timer, and instead hard-to-complete dungeons. I dislike M+ being the best gearing option, unless you raid mythic. Bring hard mythic-raid-quality content for 5 people

  1. Casualization of PvP. WoW pvp is far away from being competitively viable due to talents being shared between PvP and PvE. This means that the competitive nature of this game will always be inferior to real PvP games. However, PvP is still fun. Remove the “ego” from PvP, and instead make it a game mode focused on fun. Introduce more epic BGs, and reward people for spending time pvping. Change the focus away from Arena and focus instead on BGs. It doesn’t need to be one competitive 5v5 BG. Nah. Just make it fun. Pvp needs more participation rewards. If you don’t climb and improve in PvP you get absolutely nothing for playing and spending your time. I would suggest a pvp renown track every season with the elite set/enchant/gladiator mount as the big rewards. I don’t think arena is the future of wow pvp, and solo shuffle shows that a lot of people just play pvp to reach certain milestone rewards instead of playing it for fun. Also, bring back old pvp elite sets. Make them grindable in some way without having to reach high rating.
Here is an awesome youtube channel of someone, who plays the game in a way that more people should consider:

The game’s reward system however doesn’t encourage this type of gameplay at all. The reward system tells you to do 1 thing, and that is solo shuffle.

I know we have only 3 wishes, but here a 4th one, because I play unfair :smiling_imp::

  1. Let us simply learn classes. Make it, so we just play one character, and we can learn multiple classes on this one character. You may think this goes against rpg, but no it doesn’t. I remember playing old school rpgs as a kid, where I could change classes, but it was grindy to do so though to be fair. FF14 also has this as far as I’m concerned.
