This is actually the future, I hope. Not by faction-changing races, but by faction unification. Horde and Alliance merging to become each other’s allies.
Perhaps also the conclusion of Shadowlands will allow raised undead to become whole again. If not alive, at least lightborne undead who can return to being Paladins once more.

The Horde respects strength by the blade. Whenever the Alliance failed to see justice for the night elves. We have nothing but pros behind it. The Night elves will strive by joining the Horde I am sure.

We improved those during the Darkshore battlefront, but it wasn’t appreciated. Ingrates.
From the wiki
" A moonwell is an upwelling of waters created by the night elves to maintain and restore their magical powers. They are stone pools filled with silvery glowing water."
If that counts then Nighborne are also disqualified as they too need outside sources to maintain and restore their magical power, hell every mage munches on mana buns.
