Make solo shuffle give 0 gain to dps when there's a 0-6 dps

I remeber a blue post say the will lokking into healer MMr and they are aware of the problem ofc never do actuall anythink too improve it

Last season i was tryhard on healer arround 2.2 and was stuckt
Then i causal played a DPS how was seen A-high B Tier and got 2.4 in very short time amd with no swet
