Spiders creep me out. I would pick bug spray quickly as can to get rid of it. The bigger it is, if its wandered inside building it has no place here. Wow is too cartoonish however that they have no effect on me
You want to inject a bit of Darkthrone into WoW or?
We want warrrr wake up !
I want war again
I want to see big red zeppelin invading stormwind
See turalyon calling lorthemar with gnomish phone
T :"We are supposed to be ally you maniac!
L: I m not your pet mister paladin, We have a legacy to consider!
T : you know we ll retaliate?!?
L : oh⊠dont be so sure mister paladin
Hoink hoink horde invasion confirmed
Arcane bomb on stormwind
L : is it done Rommath?
R : No, comrade regent. It has only began
You speak like a soft heretic that doesnât like metal. begone !
Exactly. Give us back the adult themes. And I donât mean âon-screen bloodâ and naughty things with that.
Just plain maturity and things the actual audience can identify with as a player.
Because despite being rated PEGI 12 and similar, WoW has NO WAY NEAR that line a playing audience.
World of Warcraft is no kids game and never was and never should be.
Itâs the toxic Woke
Agenda which has screwed up most the world
And accelerated a massive mental health pandemic.
This I just 1 more example of it.
Come on⊠Use your big boy words and not the tired and wrong shouting of youtube neckbeards
Fantastic post, I approve, even though I wouldnât have phrased it the same way. Without the dark themes and moral ambiguity of the charactersâ choices, the World of Warcraft is just not that interesting. Dragonflight, for example, felt like a theme park for kids, with dragons being more like emotional teenagers than ancestral beings.
Donât get me wrong, thereâs nothing wrong with having feelings, caring for others and all that. But this is supposed to be World of Warcraft, and the characters should be portrayed to according to what they are, not according to our modern sensibilities. It should be apparent that they are a product of their circumstance and experiences, with a lot more shades of gray in their character, rather than âgoodies vs baddiesâ.
Dismissive
They could at least give us some faction identity and conflict back. They lured me into buying the game with the BFa trailer.
Although Blizzard is probably fine with it, everyone is the same - Quests and Zone are the same for both factions, less work for them I guess.
You will catch more flies with honey than with crap so trying to convey what you want using actually proper words and not yell âWAA!! Its the WOEKE AGENDA! THE MIND WORM OF LEFTISTS!!!â that makes you sound nothing but raving lunatic that has nothing real to say
I used to feel this way; when I was an angsty teen and edgy young adult.
I can still appreciate some of those themes, but just edgy stuff for the sake of it being edgy? Nah. I have appreciated most of DFâs lighter hearted themes - with the exception of the end of raid âfriendship is powerâ type stuff. Iâm not quite so sentimental that I like that sort of thing; not in WoW anyway.
I hope TWW and the rest of the World Soul Saga is able to create a good balance between light-hearted and darker themes. I definitely donât want everything to be dark and gloomy and depressing; that would ruin the game for me way more than any quirky cute stuff would.
Metal is my least favorite genre of music, I donât like it, but that famous metal song of Warcraft is amazing. I prefer the old style of WoW that had muscular characters, conflicts Horde vs Alliance, politics etc. and not stupid cartoonish, full family friendly narrative, where thereâs always and only love, and peace. Itâs just a game. Donât mix irl views with game world fantasy, because IT"S FANTASY. I really like Dragonflight, I think it was one of the best expansions, but I donât like the theme. It feels like it was made for only 8 years old kids that watch Disney movies (thereâs nothing wrong with Disney), and tbh most of the WoW players are grown man.
No.
You had me at megaserver but lost me after.
Just cause you want to forget about it, the faction balance problem doesnât go away.
You had a big war in BfA with war mode.
It was boring and repetitive. People donât care. It will be like the current pvp with huge queues.
Cross faction is here to stay cause there is no other solution. Get over it.
No sane person want to do faction war yet again cause the 5th time is the charm. Just no.
Make WOW more Acid House
To be fair to Dragonflight there was some grit and gore to be found in certain places. That being said, I hope the upcoming expansions are darker. Dragonflight being a break from it all for the most part is perfectly fine, though I do not want the setting to lose sight of what it was or be hijacked to be something completely different.
OP reads like a Tenacious D parody.
Itâs definitely Disney now, even transmogs and mounts look Disney
Is it over though? TWW looks like DF to me, cinematics, transmogs. (Did not see zones/dungeons yet not to spoil though)
