How much mana regen do we get in combat? Can’t find any stats anywhere 
Same as out of combat but just starts 5 sec after not casting
Is that the same for classic? Sweet! What about health? Does that stop during combat
You don’t regenerate any health at all in combat unless you’re a troll, in which case it’s almost zero instead of zero.

A troll is going to regen 4 hp per tick and theres nothing you can do to stop him

No if you get a clearcast proc ans cast a spell it still refreshes 5 sec rule. Also on channeled cast it is also at end of cast, not when you spend mana at start
Not sure about that, I don’t think so.
That’s not true, mend pet spends mana instantly and you start regenerating it right after the 5 sec channelling is finished.
Usually yes, but not all spells cost mana in the first place.
on blizzard mp5 starts at end of blizzard
5 second rule only applies to spirit, so if you are channeling you will gain the mp5 you have from gear. Mp5 stats from gear arent affected by five second rule.
