Not wanting Gay sexuality in the game in the fear of it being banned in the country, is different than not supporting it.
I could 100% support it, but at the end of the day the region is gonna ban it and I wonāt be able to play wow anymore along with many wow fans in the region. I donāt want that to happen, Iām too excited for Shadowlands.
And I know they will ban it, because they banned a Disney movie that had 3 seconds of two guys dancing in a ball. Lol. They couldāve easily cut it out, but no they went with a full banā¦ Thatās why Iām scared for wow.

Well, not surprising to me that you donāt approve of this, as Russians are infamously hostile to homosexual people.
Also youāre exaggerating when it comes to SWTOR. In the original game there was no M+M or F+F romances. That was added later with the first expansion if I remember correctly. With one man who could go both ways and one woman who could go both ways. Havenāt played in a while so theyāve probably added more, but two thirds? Yeah right.
And that youāre implying that the game died because of this is just disingenuous. The game lost a ton of subscribers very early on, among other reasons because of a lack of focus on end-game content.

Fair, but I hope they donāt include anything else. Gay stuff is fine if done well and naturally, but the non-binary crap should never be included. At least not among the playable races.

We are mostly orthodox nation, thats why. Any kind of liberty in that question will angry people. Btw second popular confession in our country is paganism, wich is not a very good relationship to homosexual. Plus we have a lot of muslim nation republics.
Well, what one approves or disapproves of is up to the individual, itās not like one canāt have opinions.
Itās what you do with those opinions that matter.
If you look at a gay couple and shake your head. Thatās one thing.
If you decide to knock their teeth down their throat and beat them within an inch of their life? Thatās something else.
When travelling to Russia (and certain other Eastern European, Middle-Eastern and African nations) my country tells people that if they are gay they should never show any signs of affection in public as that can be dangerous to your health and/or life.
Thatās a bit extreme in my opinion.

I live in Italy where we have Vatican City inside our capital and majority of people are catholics, and still we had gay marriage 4 years ago and homophobia is going down rapidly.
Religion has little to do with it, itās that Russia has a dictator that does massive propaganda to brainwash people since birth.
