Hello, i’ve been having an issue with Retail WoW where the game after 10 - 30 minutes usually starts to have a massive memory leak. The game starts to use so much memory that it makes the game work poorly and sometimes crash. (Goes from 5 -6gb which is normal to 10 - 15gb)
This started for me roughly a month ago and it’s just kills my joy to even play the game (Hence why my sub is now cancelled and will not be renew till this issue is finally fixed. I have not bought the newest expansion because of this issue)
Customer support (through ticket) could not help me at all. I tried to usual change from DX11 to DX12 and vise versa, which did nothing to the issue. Lowered my settings down, which did not help, also ticket off some of the settings recommended through forums, but once again this did nothing to help with the issue. WoW Retail is the only game with this type of an issue on my PC.
I tried to update my Nvidia Drivers, but nothing changed.
My specs are the following:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 5090
RAM: 32Gb
Windows 11
Is there anything else that can i can try to help with the issue?
(EDIT: I also run the game with 0 addons)

Just to chip in I’m having the same issue. Same. Tried the DX11 instead of DX12 and it made no difference.
CPU: AMD 9800X3D
GPY: AMD RX 9070XT
RAM: 64GB

Normally getting insanely good FPS in every other zone, but as soon as I get to the Midnight zones it drops to below 140, which is obviously fine, but my system memory gets eaten at a furious rate even if I’m just flying around gathering Herbs etc. The only way to “fix” it is a complete log out and relog… and then repeat every hour or so. I don’t run very many addons (details, tomtom, plumber, rare scanner, myu’s knowledge point tracker and handynotes) and it happen with them active or disabled. I tried all the suggestions on the USA forums and nothing seems to stop it entirely, so I have to keep the Task Manager –> Processes windows open and alt-tab to it to check when to relog. Memory usage will sit at between 3.5 - 6gb for a while and then start climbing.

Tried everything as well. No addons etc.
Also having the issue since midnight launch.
