Dude… sometimes… /facepalm

It’s not the means that are important here, it’s the result.

Faction balance is a huge and important part of gameplay. If it were Horde that was struggling I’d have said the same thing.

You having an extra hair colour is not a huge and important part of gameplay.

Making that distinction is not hypocritical. It’s actually hilarious that you can’t spot that difference even when it’s directly pointed out to you.

The Nightborne options are far more distinctive.

The Pandaren options look almost identical every single one of them.

Nightborne getting new features at the same time as Void Elves isn’t making or breaking the faction balance.

:expressionless:
Yeah, no way you have ever made one

That’s evident.
Only the skin colours look different.

Hair colours on Nightborne are:
White, white, white, orange white, light blue, slight blue/purple

Skin colours:
Green, Blue, White

Faces:
Female - :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face: :slightly_smiling_face:

Male - :rage: :rage: :rage: :rage: :rage: :rage:

But we’re talking to somebody who has convinced himself that Nightborne getting even 1 or 2 new features, will widen the faction balance. It will be the end of WoW as we know it.

This one is my particular favourite

You’re not. You’re talking to someone who understands priorities. Adding customisation to Nightborne won’t cause people to go to Horde - but not adding High Elves might cause people not to go to Alliance - or at least that’s Blizzard’s reasoning.

And you can only do one thing at a time.

I have.

Have you ever made a Pandaren female? Just look at it lol. It’s not even different facial geometry, nevermind expressions. It’s literally the same face.

Oh really?
So how were Blizzard capable of doing all the other races? Are they just too thick and stupid to do the Nightborne at the same time, like - I don’t know - the other races?

Were they hit with “Patrick Starr syndrome.”

Everything your saying is just hypocritical, because if this was the other way - I’d still say that the Void Elves should get features, whilst the Nightborne have got their’s.
You are just a hypocritical, goal-posting changing person. Because your arguments are countered by ours and we can easily point out your own hypocrisy.

Welcome to the world of the Nightborne.

Maybe 9.1, as far as added racial features, should just be dedicated to Nightborne and Highmountain Tauren? They put an Alliance allied race over the Horde ones, so now it’s time to put 2 Horde allied races over the Alliance.

LFD can wait until 9.2

It applies to almost all of the Allied Races, not just Nightborne.

Yeah - in your mind they should just spend 58259825 hours doing absolutely everything. I mean who cares about making unique looking boss and mob models or building zones anyway. Let’s go all in on character customisation! Hire 400 new employees for it, too. Priorities is for losers!

Now that is hypocrisy. You’re mad that I’m putting an alliance race over the horde race, and then you think it’d be fine to do 2 over the alliance afterward?

Look, the only reason they’re doing Void Elves is because they want High Elves - and they only want High Elves so we don’t end in the situation we’re currently headed towards where all top 200 guilds in the world will be Horde - every last one of them. That’s literally it. I don’t think it’s gonna work, and right now there’s 2 alliance guilds left, but that’s why they’re doing it.

ha?

6 faces 1 of them is old, 5 of them is the same face with different lip color.

7 hair colors, 3 blond no difference between.

3 skin colors.

Every nightborne looks exactly the same. Little example, look at Leia and me we both have same jewelry and same face and same hair color.

So Nightborne features are going to keep it that way are they? Nightborne features, in comparison to the already 3rd most popular race on the Alliance, is going to keep people, playing Horde? Just stop being silly for a moment, please.

It’s called a joke.

Nightborne features would take their whole team to make, wouldn’t they? I mean, really dude…really, are you that scared of Nightborne getting new features? Your that frightened that people will still not play the poor, oppressed precious Alliance because Nightborne features came at the same time as Void Elf features?

But this is about Nightborne.
I mean, your still laughable if you honestly think Nightborne features, in comparison to High Elf features would keep things as they are.

You just might have similar taste - your character names are very similar as well, that’s not visual customisation.

So anyway, looking at the two characters, you don’t have the same face shape and you don’t have the same eyes, either.

As far as adding customisation options, I do think Nightborne, Pandaren, and Lightforged Draenei are the next ones I’d go for - they all do need more for sure.

But they didn’t make it this round, and frankly I am absolutely shocked that you think your <2 years old model is in a worse shape than one that’s 8 years old. That’s what really does it.

If Void Elves weren’t getting special treatment, we wouldn’t have this conversation now.

So it’s all about jealousy, then? It’s not about your level of customisation - it’s just because you really hate the fact that High Elves exist now while you didn’t get what you wanted.

High Elves exist on both sides.

Blizzard didn’t need to add the High Elf features for Void Elves until after Shadowlands released…just like the other allied races.

Lunaera and Leia really similar wow.

I am gonna pass on this as forum snowflakes will report me.

you had HD model while everyone else were with 100 pixel models. Common.

They think it’s going to help faction balance. That’s the reason why they did it.

Considering how friggin’ dire the situation is, and how fast it’s getting worse, I frankly think they need to throw everything at this problem, and it can’t happen a moment too soon.

They are both elven sounding with the same beginning and ending letter.

I’m not going to do that unless you literally start calling me names. That’s the limit.

And of which consequence is that now, exactly? It’s history.

This actually reinforces my belief that this is about jealousy, not fixing problems.

So if players don’t go Alliance because of this, what’s the next step? Punish people for daring to roll a Horde character because of poor people of the forums feeling oppressed by player choice?

Plus, it’s not that I didn’t get what I wanted. Blizzard said, quite frankly that allied races would be getting new features after Shadowlands released. Their focus was the core races. The fact that they backtracked on this and haven’t given the Horde - or the Void Elf opposite race - the Nightborne, anything is quite shocking to be perfectly honest.

Leia…Princess Leia from Star Wars is now “Elven sounding.”
