I’m straigh tup struggling to level any alliance characters, but trying to even unlock Mecha - fetus -supreme is going to be a tough one

I absolutely love them! Gnomes are one of my favourite races so when I seen these little guys I was very excited!
I’ve just come back from a break and I really want to unlock these - whats the quickest way to get the rep? I know I could just wait until Shadowlands but I don’t think I can lol!

I’m so glad you can mute threads, gnomes deserve no praise.
But the need to post was there, instead of just muting.
Well there’s good and bad news. The good news is there’s not really a dungeon with grindable rep you can reset over and over. But the good news is you can get a steady and strong amount every day guaranteed. The system that is effectively the ‘cache’ for Mechagon is up every single day. Combined with dailies, certain drops, and first-time rare kills it’s not bad.
I personally enjoyed the whole zone right up until I completed Mecha-Done. It was great.

Don’t eat a Mechagnome whole, sprinkle a few parts over your meals to add some extra crunch.

Do the Mechagon big world quest once a day, plus one daily quest will net you 1k rep a day, more dailies means more rep.
Once per day recycling the junk parts nets 150 rep. If you do all dalies and world quest it’s about 1.3k rep a day. Throw in the questline for the spider mount and that’s big rep over the 10 days or so it takes to do (worth over 2k in total I believe).
You start at just below friendly when starting out after initial questline. So assuming 1k rep a day that’s 42 days to reach exalted. It’s possible to go quicker, I unlocked flying on release patch within 2 weeks and that takes half the rep exalted takes, so approx 30 days is a good estimate.
It’s not an awful grind, just very day gated. The world quest giving 850 rep can take as little as 10 minutes, particularly when you can fly. It’s about knowing where the rare mobs pop!

I used to hate gnomes like many do here. Somehow i have the ‘click’ with the mechanized versions of them. After levelling a monk and a DK, this is my 3rd
