Mechagnome Appreciation and Celebration Thread ⚙

Do the Mechagnomes have an implant that could help with this? I heard they are most generous about sharing their technology.

We don’t sell upgrades to Ren’dorei because the evidence shows that beneficial extraction from such endeavours only ever results in conclusions that render the exercise completely null and void. And yes, I am aware I just did that.

I’ve got what you need!

The difference between you and the fake smurf is that if you ask me, I’ll join any key (as long as it’s on the alliance side), regardless of level, because you’re a nice person, despite being an undead (we can fix that too with mechanization too, by the way). We may not meet randomly, but it doesn’t have to be random!

I might spend the entire run trying to convince the group to subject themselves to an upgrade or two, mind you.

The goblin idea of an Irony detector is to take a magnet and slap a label on it saying “detects vowels only”.

Why convince when you can just hit them over the head and upgrade them anyway? They’ll thank you later, and you saved the world from a few inferior creatures.

I assure you pal, we’re not all at that level. But if a schmuck buys such an irony detector, who am I to turn down their coin right? I mean you’re not going to tell me you wouldn’t sell such products to mr. Blueberry? That money could go towards some good gadgetry.

Oh wow. This is the first time ever, that I see a Goblin make sense. We, Mechagnomes, truly bring out the best from everybody.

(Too bad about that blue one, if that’s his best…)

Interestingly, while a lot of the goblins in the game tend towards the insane and/or greedy stereotype, they also display virtually every other personality type you’d encounter in actual humans. There’s compassionate ones, altruistic, cowardly, cruel, loving… heck Gazlowe in Zandalar even doesn’t want to send his people into potentially dangerous situations and ensures the ones that are get paid well. Blood elves also have a fair mix of personalities on display. Most other races tend towards stereotypes still though.

ten days of boosted mechagon rep to grind and I’ll have my own diaper gnome to level!! Thx blizz for teh buff

Tell you what, you manufacture the defective device and ill manufacture the convoluted replacement parts that you can only purchase with a complex 12 week subscription plan and we’ll see whether a joint venture is worth the money.

This sounds like good business buddy. People who let racial animosity get in the way of progress and profit lose out on so much. Which is good, more for the rest of us yeah?

My WW setup uses dual Tia-Tia the Scything Star in two different colours (red and green lights) so having these as my hands would be amazing.

The only issue I can forsee is when weapons are sheathed, for example when crafting you’d be crafting with essentially tiny little clips for hands, but tbh that’s a price i’d pay because it would look absolutely amazing in combat, particularly with the Mechagon weapon skins like the chainblades or blowtorches.

Is it a vendor item or can it be scrapped?

You can disassemble it for spare parts
Well like one should od with a Mechagnome anyways
Engineers really should be able to “skin” a Mechagnome like every other defeated mechanical thingies :smirk:
