Why are statements like that necessary? My issue isn’t with your community because I haven’t roleplayed with a single on of you, my issue is the forum regulars treating others like crap.

It absolutely is - because you invoke high-minded virtues that you don’t actually appear to hold
For example:
You speak about how the forums should be friendlier but you end your post with a jab at me
You speak about attracting people to the server and fostering new players but you don’t appear to do either of those things
So basically - where exactly is the substance?
Again: it’s easy to post about how nice you are and how nice things should be, but unless you’re making that happen you’re waxing ego in the same sense as I am

The latter I suppose you can prove me wrong. I honestly believe it’s very important that people let new RPers into the fold and try to help them out and this is an ideal that I personally follow through with

Yes. My guild has several people that are new to roleplay (either in-game or in-server), and I’ve been bringing my partner into roleplay recently (slowly but surely). But again, you had zero basis to know any of this. This is my issue: the attacks are meaningless, they don’t need to happen in any capacity.

It’s meaningless in that this is a video game forum and the meaning is limited to that - but it has about as much meaning as your own jab. It’s pretty much a tit for tat

So, I´ve been reading all of the replies, paying loose attention to the discussion without much input, but…
I find it mildly worrying when two people start to fight in a thread asking if fighting each other is worth the effort. And, in a way, it makes me angry. So, I´m going to call you two out, for what worth that will do.
I will say that everyone who have posted on this thread have provided significant insight on the current affairs of this realm, to which I am grateful. As such, thank you.
