I noticed it and it happened twice.
When you are leaving the mindgate and you get paranoia, there is no you can do, because it ticks until you lose sanity. I dont think this should happen.
Getting feared & stunlocked out of the map until you run out of sanity is not new 
But yes, it shouldn’t happen
I think its a bug with pets that happens very very rarely, there is no strict overlap between mindgate and paranoia on any difficulty of nzoth.
Getting paranoia only drains sanity if you fail to spread from people you aren’t linked to.
There is a known bug that causes pet classes to get Paranoia inside the mindgate, but getting a paranoia when you’re outside then it’s just your own error killing you. Play better
