Hello, so I am in progres for Shadowmourne…
I just need to pick quest from Darion in icecrown citadell called “EMPOWERMENT” but my Shadow’s Edge is missing. I can not ask Darion for copy. please, help

I assume you accidentally sold or deleted Shadow’s Edge, right?
Usually Highlord Darion Mograine in the ICC instance sells you an extra copy, but keep in mind that Darion now exists in multiple version and in multiple places, so make sure you speak to the one in ICC, as his other versions (like the one in Stormwind for example) don’t sell it.
If that still doesn’t work, try the item restoration service. If you recently-ish destroyed/sold it (for epic items the window is 30 days I believe), then you should be able to restore with that.

Highlord Darion Morgaine in ICC does not offer me the option for an extra copy.
Also looked in bag, bank and VOID storage…nothing

I am having the same issue, i have contacted support but it’s currently like 35 days wait time. I don’t think there is a solution if the item was destroyed or sold a while ago (this is the case for me) it’s a shame really. Only solution except counting support would be to start the quest on another character i guess.
