Hello there, i have same problem like ( Missing Starting quest for Stormheim + Hidden Artifact skin (Legion) - Gameplay / Quests & Achievements - World of Warcraft Forums (blizzard.com) ) I check both location is Nathanos and Lady Sylvana not on the locations. And i cant star Quest line from Rogue Order Hall. Please help me i trying 2 days to start a Stormheim Chapters.
